Aligned To Thrive is an 8 week program made to strengthen your mind and body.
In Aligned To Thrive you will be expected to complete a daily meditation, weekly mindful and nutrition goals, weekly gratitude practice, as well as 6day/week workouts. Each workout is different and changes each week so you can expect tons of variety! An exercise library is given to you for an easy reference of less common exercises.
After purchase you will recieve Aligned To Thrive in your inbox in PDF format. I will also send you the exercise library in a seperate email, which you can expect within 48 hours after purchase.

The program requires equipment so its best to have access to a gym. However, you can find modifications for certain exercises if you are limited in equipment.
